Insights, observations, recommendations and remedies offered during consultations are based on these systems and should not be considered guarantees, predictions of certainty, professional legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, psychological advice or any other licensed professional service.

All decisions and actions taken by a client following a consultation remain the sole responsibility of the client.

While every effort is made to provide thoughtful, sincere and personalized guidance, no specific outcome, result or benefit can be guaranteed from any consultation, recommendation or remedy.

By booking a consultation, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

• Results may vary from person to person.

• Recommendations and remedies are undertaken voluntarily and at the client's discretion.

• No guarantee is made regarding future events, financial outcomes, relationships, health, business performance or any other aspect of life.

• Pooja D Gupta, her business entities, representatives and affiliates shall not be held liable for any decisions, actions, losses, damages, claims or consequences arising directly or indirectly from the consultation or implementation of any recommendations.

• All consultations are conducted in good faith and with the intention of providing guidance and support.

By proceeding with a consultation, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms.

 • Full payment is required to confirm a consultation booking.

• Consultation fees are non-refundable.

• Once booked, consultations may be rescheduled once in cases of emergency with reasonable advance notice, subject to availability.

• Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling.

• Time reserved for a consultation is dedicated exclusively to the client. Please arrive on time to ensure the full benefit of the session.

• Consultation durations are approximate and may vary depending on the nature of the discussion.
